About Us

EdPartnerships was founded on principles of partnering, co-design, co-learning and capacity building within organisations which leads ongoing learning and discernment of meaningful change.

We are

We begin by seeking to understand local and global system contexts, as well as the overall vision, priorities and goals of those who are partnering with us. It is from this stance of ‘seeking first to understand’ that we then embark on a co-design process that addresses local aspirations and challenges.

Together we design a way forward that:

  • Analyses local contexts (learning from and with others) before taking action
  • Draws on rigorous research and contemporary innovations to further define and clarify aspirations
  • Carefully monitors evidence of impact and success as new actions are trialled
  • Engages all concerned in respectful observation, dialogue and reflection.
