As our designs for learning are anchored in your local roles and contexts, you are able to pursue relevant and purposeful learning directions linked to the local priorities and needs of your learners.

In all our professional learning we:
- Are responsive to local contexts and needs, identified through internal research that actively engages the voice of young people, teachers, leaders and families.
- Create the conditions for deep learning, professional insights and understanding and the capacity to act with discernment in response to the needs of diverse learners and communities.
- Provide opportunities for scaffolded professional dialogue as a means to promote analysis and deepen understanding in relation to current thinking and research.
- Provide carefully curated processes that enable self-directed learning through a collaborative, connected and coherent evidence inquiry process.
- Uses provocations from contemporary research to challenge current thinking and to engage with multiple perspectives.
